Mission Trips

From time to time as the needs arise, our church sponsors individuals or teams of members to go on mission trips to assist in rebuilding communities and reaching out to others who are unable to provide for themselves.

Christ calls every Christian to be a Missionary.  This doesn’t mean we have to travel to another country.  We can be missionaries in our own community.  We each have God-given gifts and talents that can be used to help others.  We try to connect people with mission opportunities suited just for them.

Mission trips from our church have included;  Honduras, Mexico, Mississippi Delta after Hurricane Katrina, Eastern NC after flooding from Hurricane Floyd, South Africa, and currently are working on a trip to Haiti.
